Totally forgot how good it feels after lifting weights. My muscles burrrrnnn with growingy goodness.
I desperately wish our gym had barbells. So many magical looking lifts you can do. Squats with dumbbells just doesn’t feel nearly as effective :( and our leg press machine feels so damn awkward. I want to work on my legs damnit! I am totally over my abs, I am eating properly for those! Now I just want a pretty bubble butt that sits up nice and firm (: hahaha
